Bryan manages the strategic technical direction and execution for Maritz Motivation Solutions. He leads MMS’s innovation/IT strategy, and led the launch of a state-of-the-art rewards platform, employee SaaS based motivation solution, individual travel solution and a communication life-cycle engine. Prior to Maritz, Bryan was an executive at Anheuser-Busch Inbev. He holds a BS degree from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Maryville University.

Bill focuses on advancing the application of persuasion to Maritz’s clients. Bill invented the Persuasive Design Lab® in 2010 to help clients design loyalty and incentive programs based on the latest science in behavioral economics and neuroscience.
