With more than 20 years of experience in employee engagement strategies, Kimberly is responsible for leading the strategy and development of the company’s employee engagement solution, CultureNext. Kimberly is a founding member of Recognition Professionals International. Currently she serves on the Recognition Council for IMA, participates on the Board of Directors for the Incentive Federation and is a judge for the Global Employee Engagement Awards.
