Cameron is VP, General Manager of the Sales Effectiveness solution group and is focused on developing value for our clients by motivating their direct sales reps and those in their sales channels. He’s responsible for strategy, execution, and continuing the innovation and leadership in the industry that is the Maritz legacy. He holds a degree in marketing from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Bill focuses on advancing the application of persuasion to Maritz’s clients. Bill invented the Persuasive Design Lab® in 2010 to help clients design loyalty and incentive programs based on the latest science in behavioral economics and neuroscience. He has 12 years experience in consumer and commercial loyalty and channel incentive program design and operation.
